Hello and welcome to my Desgusta Box review – the Xmas edition! It’s almost Christmas, and Degusta Box certainly delivered with a box full of snacks, drinks and cooking ingredients to spice up the festive season.
For £12.99 a month, let’s take a look at what the December Dugusta Box (worth over £27) has in store! For more info on this groovy food and drink subscription, click here.
Contents of the December Degusta Box
One of the most exciting things about this month’s box is that it contained alcohol! I received a bottle of DayTime Session IPA from Lagunitas, along with a lovely Vermouth & Tonic spritzer from Pedrino. What about some alcoholic sweets to throw in the mix from Smith & Sinclair as well? And then, when Christmas has passed and you’re a bit hungover, green tea shall come to the rescue provided by a cranberry, cherry and strawberry blend from Oteas.
I also received some snacks for busy days at the office. For when you just want to eat a lot of sugar, vegan Tropical Mango sweets from Candy Kittens can come to the rescue! The box also contained Chocolate Pretzel Bites by Indie Bay Snacks, either covered in milk or dark chocolate, and Gloriously Grown‘s Vietnamese Jumbo Wrapped Cashews . The cereal bars kept on coming too, with granola bars provided by MadeGood. And, for when you want to enjoy something more savoury, then Arden’s have got you covered with their Gruyere & Spinach Twists (yum).
I also really enjoy cooking during the holidays, so I was happy to see some cooking kits in the box too! With 2 kits by Blue Dragon, the box contained sauces and spice mixes for Thai stir fry and Teriyaki skewers.
Thanks for reading my Degusta Box review! But that’s not all – want some more good news? You can get an exclusive deal on your first box!
